AAA Safety & Field Services, a company and division of Northern Metalic that’s exclusively focused on safety services, safety supplies and safety training. Locally owned and operated, located in Fort St John B.C., servicing all of Northern British Columbia and parts of Alberta.
We are currently seeking to fill the role of Dispatch.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Dispatch employee, your responsibilities will include:
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders Dispatch personnel as required by situations
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
- Maintains trusted customer relationships.
- Organized, and result oriented.
- Works, cooperatively and persuasively with customers, employees, and other management.
- Delegates duties to personnel to ensure that the maintenance and condition of equipment, trucks and trailers is kept at a desired standard.
Qualifications:
- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
- H2S Alive – Preferred
- First Aid – Preferred
- WHMIS
- TDG
And any other industry required or job specific safety tickets.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook & Internet Explorer
