Job Description: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Casual High Angle Rescue Personnel to join our dynamic safety team. As part of our rescue team, you’ll provide essential high-angle rescue support, ensuring safe operations and emergency response preparedness for industrial and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-angle rescue operations and support confined space entry and retrieval.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and readiness checks.
- Participate in safety drills and exercises to maintain preparedness.
- Coordinate closely with safety supervisors, medics, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide technical rescue expertise and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High Angle Rescue Certification Required
- First Aid Ticket
- CSO Ticket
- H2S Ticket
- Previous experience in high angle rescue, industrial rope access, or emergency response.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work and on-call scenarios.
- Confined Space certification is an asset.
