Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) skills for the workplace or home. The course meets WorkSafe BC OFA 1 legislative requirements as well as CSA Standards for provincial/territorial worker safety as well as insurance boards. This course includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
